Gracie Abrams has released “Look at My Life,” the second single from her upcoming third studio album, Daughter From Hell, along with an official music video that offers another glimpse into the deeply personal themes shaping the project. Written and produced with longtime collaborator Aaron Dessner, the song arrives several weeks before the album’s July 17 release.
In recent interviews promoting the release, Abrams described “Look at My Life” as one of the album’s defining tracks, explaining that it reflects the emotional complexity of navigating rapid success while questioning what may have been left behind in her personal development. The accompanying video, directed by Mitch Ryan, follows Abrams on a surreal journey through a quiet rural town, blending scenes of an empty dance studio, a convenience store parking lot and an eventual escape in a hot air balloon. “Look at My Life” follows the strong reception to “Hit the Wall,” which marked Abrams’ biggest Spotify debut to date and built momentum for Daughter From Hell. The new album follows 2024’s The Secret of Us, which became Abrams’ breakthrough commercial success, producing several charting singles and establishing the Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter as one of pop’s leading voices.
Abrams also previously shared plans for her highly anticipated global arena tour, titled “The Look at My Life Tour”. The expansive 64-date trek kicks-off on December 2 in Denver at Ball Arena. From there, Abrams will navigate North America through early 2027, featuring multi-night residencies in several major cities. Notable stretches include a four-night stay at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles and a closing four-night run at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on March 20. Moving into April and May, the tour will cross the Atlantic for United Kingdom and European performances, hitting venues like the Accor Arena in Paris and booking four consecutive dates at London’s iconic O2 Arena.
Fans can expect a rotating cast of opening acts throughout the tour. The North American segment will feature guest appearances from artists such as Rachel Chinouriri, Holly Humberstone, Del Water Gap, Charlotte Lawrence, Grace Ives, Bella Kay, Jensen McRae, and The Japanese House. The overseas concerts will see direct support from Samia and Jake Minch. For tour info, head HERE.
