Hilary Duff is stepping back into one of her most iconic eras with the release of “Come Clean (Mine),” a refreshed take on her 2003 hit. The updated version arrives as part of ‘The Reunion: Laguna Beach,’ which premiered April 10 on The Roku Channel, bringing the song full circle as it famously served as the original show’s theme.
Duff shared on Instagram: “let’s go back, back to the beginning … thank you for continuing to love this song all these years. It’s been so fun growing up with her ”
The rerecorded track will also appear on “Hilary Duff – (Mine),” a compilation of newly updated versions of her biggest songs, including “What Dreams Are Made Of (Mine).” The project is set for release April 18 as a limited-edition silver vinyl for Record Store Day, with only 10,000 copies available.
The collection follows Duff’s recent studio album, Luck…or Something, her first in over a decade. The project made a strong debut, landing at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 and marking one of her highest-charting releases in years, while also performing well internationally.
With “Come Clean (Mine)” and the upcoming compilation, Duff is revisiting fan favorites while celebrating how her music has evolved alongside her audience.
