ZAYN has dropped a deluxe version of his fifth album, KONNAKOL, adding three fresh tracks — Daydreamin’, Bad for You, and Raise the Dead — only weeks after the record’s original debut. Alongside the deluxe edition, ZAYN is also releasing a limited-edition 7-inch vinyl for the single Die For Me.
The expanded album comes alongside ZAYN’s launch of The KONNAKOL Tour, marking the singer’s first large-scale tour in several years. The run will continue across the UK before heading to cities including Mexico City, São Paulo, and Buenos Aires.
Earlier this year, the singer revealed he had been hospitalized for an undisclosed condition, leading to the cancellation of several promotional appearances tied to KONNAKOL. Sharing a photo from his hospital bed, he told supporters: “To my fans – thank you to all of you for your love and support now and always – been a long week and am still unexpectedly recovering. “Thank you to the incredible hospital staff of Drs, nurses, cardiologist, management, admin and everyone who has helped along the way and continue to. You are all legends! Big big love xx z.”
Because of the health setback, ZAYN confirmed he would scale back some tour dates while still aiming to perform for as many fans as possible. He explained: “I’ve had to take another look at my schedule for the months ahead and have to reduce the number of shows on the KONNAKOL Tour. I want to make sure I still get out and see as many of you as I possibly can. I’m really looking forward to playing these shows for you, and I hope to see the rest of you around the world very soon. Big Love, Z.”
