Katy Perry will bring her blockbuster “Katy Perry: The Lifetimes Tour – Live From Paris” to theaters and IMAX screens around the world beginning Sept. 2, giving fans in approximately 70 countries the chance to experience the pop star’s latest world tour on the big screen. The limited theatrical release follows the film’s premiere at the 2026 Tribeca Festival. The 132-minute film aims to preserve the scale and spectacle of the live production while offering viewers cinematic angles unavailable to concertgoers inside the arena.
Directed by acclaimed concert filmmaker Paul Dugdale, the feature was filmed during two sold-out performances at Paris’ Accor Arena in November 2025. Captured using more than 60 cameras, the production combines sweeping cinematic visuals with exclusive behind-the-scenes footage to create an immersive perspective that extends beyond a traditional concert film. Audiences will see Perry perform a career-spanning collection of hits, including “Teenage Dream,” “California Gurls,” “Dark Horse,” “Roar,” “Firework” and “The One That Got Away,” alongside the elaborate staging, choreography and visual effects that defined the global tour. The Lifetimes Tour drew more than 1 million fans across 91 performances in 23 countries, grossing more than $134 million during its 2025 run. Organizers also highlighted the tour’s charitable impact, noting donations to Perry’s Firework Foundation in the United States and the Music Venue Trust in the United Kingdom.
Producer Daniel E. Catullo III said, “We’re thrilled to bring this one-of-a-kind experience to KatyCats around the world. More than a million fans experienced this tour live, and now millions more will have the opportunity to see it like never before on the big screen.” Trafalgar Releasing also described the theatrical event as an opportunity for longtime fans and newcomers alike to experience the concert together in cinemas, with IMAX presentations designed to maximize the production’s large-scale visuals and sound.
